At Metahuman Labs, we offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders. No minimum spend required. International shipping is also available for select global regions.

Orders are shipped from either Sydney or Melbourne, depending on stock availability and distribution logistics.

Please note that during busy periods (e.g. sales, public holidays), dispatch may take slightly longer.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard Parcel service.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to you via email or SMS. You can use this to track your parcel directly through Australia Post.

We currently offer international shipping to select global regions. International shipping is available at pre-calculated rates from our distribution partner plus a 10% handling fee.
